Department of Fundamentals of Computer Science at Wrocław University of Science and Technology (K68W04ND03) was established on 1 November 2014. Headquarters of the Department are located in the building D-1 (pl. Grunwaldzki 13).

The main area of our research interests are advanced information technology. The main topics of research are Algorithmics, Cryptography and Computer Security, Discrete Optimization. Part of our team is also involved in Mathematics.

We take care of Algorithmic Computer Science studies at WUT of the first and second degree.
